Empowering Maritime Education: PTC and MPCF's joint effort towards Outcomes-Based Design and Faculty Upskilling

Aligned with the objectives outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between PTCI-TAG and the Mariners Polytechnic Colleges Foundation (MPCF) of Legazpi City and Canaman, Camarines Sur branches, C/E Alfredo G. Haboc, Head of the Education and Training (TAG), actively participated in the project’s recently held "Learning Sessions Cum Faculty Orientation."

During these sessions, he led a comprehensive 2-day workshop focusing on the "Outcomes-Based Design of the Maritime Programs' Courses," utilizing the relevant STCW Table of Competence. This initiative is a crucial component of the ongoing upskilling program dedicated to the continuous professional development of Instructors and Facilitators within the organization.
